Creamy salad dressing

Put it on your salad, eat it with baked potatoes or veggies, dip in it your bread or eat it with a spoon just like this!
You will love this dressing!

2 small onions
200g of cooked chickpeas, or chickpeas from a can
100ml of sunflower oil
70ml of water
6Tbs. of vinegar
8Ts. of brown sugar
2Ts. of salt
1Tbs. of mustard

Let´s get started!
Peel the onions and cut them in half. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. It’s better is to blend it a bit longer. In the end try the taste and add some salt, sugar or vinegar up to your taste, if needed. But like this it aleady tastes perfect!
You can keep it in the fridge up to 5 days, but you will eat it earlier, believe me!
