Actually, this spread is kind of sweet hummus. You can use it as a dip for fruits, spread it on your toast or just eat it with spoon 🙂
It is gluten free, sugar free and full of protein!
220g of chickpeas (soaked and boiled)
3 Tsp. of peanut butter (or another nutt butter)
4 Tbsp. of cocoa
50ml of watter
sweetener of your choice (agave, maple…syrup)
Let´s get started!
Put the chickpeas, peanut butter, cocoa and watter in a bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Then add the sweetener up to your taste and mix well. And thats it!
